I look at one and start writing. Some of the tools are small. Some have shipped into daily use. All of them come from watching the same problem eat creative teams' time, project after project, and deciding to solve it once.

Stepped into an agency environment that needed a production function built from the ground up. Not just headcount. A traffic and resourcing system that could hold real volume, backed by hiring that actually matched the work coming in.

Architected the hybrid and remote operating model for editors and artists. One agency, headquartered in Los Angeles, with talent working in sync across continents. Expanded the pool without losing the creative collaboration that makes the work possible.

I engineered the infrastructure to make those compromises go away. Shared storage that feels local. Collaborative review built into the pipeline. Security that travels with the work, not the location. Real-time visibility into who's touching what, from wherever they are.
